The Beginning (2012):
My journey of awakening began when I had hit rock bottom physically and emotionally, after spending most of my teens and twenties trapped in a cycle of low self-worth and neglecting my well-being. I sought solace in unhealthy habits, my life constantly spiraling downward. Then, in 2012, a miracle arrived in the form of my daughter, Pollyanna. Her birth ignited a fierce desire to become the best parent I could be, although my dream of becoming a happy healthy mum seemed impossible at the time, I was determined to find a way to change.
The Evolution (2012 - 2016):
Between 2012 and 2016, a significant transformation unfolded. I immersed myself in self-help resources, devoured health documentaries, and embraced a whole foods lifestyle. In this time I lost 40kg naturally and holistically.
This marked the early stages of my personal evolution. Armed with coaching certifications, I dove deep into my clients' challenges, realising that issues ran much deeper than just health concerns. This recognition propelled me to explore high-performance coaching and invest in my own personal, spiritual and business growth.
The Expansion (2016 - 2020):
From 2016 to 2020, my journey of growth shifted into overdrive. I invested in myself through high-level mastermind groups, breakthrough events, and deep training with the most successful minds. Fuelled by a profound purpose, I launched "Faith is My Middle Name," a coaching and mentoring service aimed at combating the obesity epidemic. The ripples of positive change spread through my community as I empowered families to adopt healthier habits. My business blossomed, and I empowered women with heart-centered missions to launch their own enterprises, fostering a positive impact.
The Mission (Present and Future):
In the present and beyond, my mission to impact the lives of millions of women remains unwavering. Through constant improvement, ongoing growth, and a commitment to my own studies and actions, I strive to create a legacy of transformation. Today, I stand at the intersection of experience and aspiration, weaving health, self-love, and healing into programs for female entrepreneurs. The "Heart Centred Boss Challenge" stands as a testament to the transformational results I aim to achieve, propelling women to lead purposeful lives and serve at their highest potential. As I launch the HCB Club Membership, Mastermind, and VIP mentorship programs, I am poised to empower women, catalyze growth, and make an enduring impact on the world.
